For the Instagram drawing event, "MerMay", two twin former Disney animators banded together to make an epic 1 minute 2D Animation short film! Witness "High- Sea HiJinx"! Tony Bancroft (Pumbaa, Kronk) animated Earnest the seal and Tom Bancroft (Simba, Mushu) animated Emma the Mermaid. We used Wacom Cintiq hardware and TVPaint Animation software.
I absolutely LOVED this project! I was so honored to work with some extremely talented people on this Instagram short for #mermay2019 It’s been a killer Mermay!!!
